landowners within
the watershed reestablish healthy riparian corridors, implement filter
strips, or stabilize eroding streambanks.
The grant will also
fund an educational and outreach program in the Little Wildcat Creek
Watershed. These efforts include a stakeholder survey,
brochures and workshop focusing on residential septic system
maintenance, streambank restoration.
The WCWA has
a contract with Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd to implement this
grant on their behalf.
